amor Weekly “Share the Love” Contest

When you’re visiting a boutique and you love the handmade products, you can now let the artist know by giving the shop a heart.

loveitvote At the bottom of every page you will see a “Love it? Heart it!” button. Click on it to send some love to the individual artist. Your vote will increase the heart ticker by one.

You may “heart” as many boutiques as you want, but only one heart per boutique per week is counted (as determined by IP address). The weekly most loved boutique is announced every Monday and all votes are reset. Come back often and “share the love”. Thank you for supporting the handmade community! {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}

Artisans, come join the fun!

It’s easy. Here’s how it works:

Open a boutique listing. Each boutique is automatically entered each week for the duration of your listing.
Only votes in the boutique category will be counted. Love can be shared in other categories, but will not count in the contest.
The current “Top 5 Boutiques ” of the week will be listed in the right sidebar. This is recalculated in real time with every vote placed.
You can see how many hearts you’ve received by visiting your boutique.
Contest ends Monday at 10:00 AM PST. The boutique with the most hearts wins and all votes are reset. ♥
If there is a tie, contest is extended 2 hours. We will broadcast a tie, via facebook and twitter, to find some additional love (votes).
Each weekly winner will have their boutique listed in the “Heart Handmade” category and will receive a featured post on the front page.
We will announce the weekly winner on Twitter and Facebook.
Winners will receive a “Most Loved” special badge to place on their website or blog.
